Krakow, Poland, 17 - 19 June 2026
I support professionals who, in their work, need to communicate with top management within their organization or on the client side and want to do it more effectively, as well as leaders working with their teams.
I teach my clients methods and techniques used by the world’s best strategic advisors. Participants in my trainings learn how to build client trust, communicate their recommendations effectively, and navigate difficult situations that may arise during project delivery.
I have over 13 years of unique experience working with the C-suite. As a consultant at McKinsey & Company, I participated in projects where the main stakeholders were CEOs, management boards, and their direct reports. I then worked directly with company owners and boards, helping them shape organizational strategies and develop the next generations of leaders.
Only 30% of organizational change initiatives succeed, and the main reason for failure is employee resistance.
Organizations invest in innovation, tools, and AI. The strategy is in place, budgets are approved, the technology works—and yet implementations stall, people continue to do things their own way, and real change never happens at scale.
Innovations rarely fail because of technology. Most often, they fail because of human resistance.
In this talk, participants will learn, among other things:
- what really influences whether people want—or don’t want—to use new tools
- how leaders unintentionally sabotage innovation adoption
- how to design implementations so that people don’t just “understand,” but actually want to act
This talk is for anyone who wants innovation to start working in practice—not just in strategy documents and slide decks.
