Microservice architecture is one of the main directions in the development of modern enterprise applications.
Is it worth it to reinvent the wheel and start development from scratch if you decide to choose a microservice approach? Community researches and hard developer work defined a group of similar technical problems/difficulties in this area and acceptable ways to solve them for such projects.
These typical solutions formed a large group of patterns called microservice patterns. But what technology stack to choose to apply these patterns? Spring Boot? Java EE(Jakarta EE) ? Some custom solutions?
We have been using these patterns for a long time in our microservice projects, so we want to share our experience, both positive and negative, and discuss best practices and pitfalls in our cases.
In this talk, we will discuss the main patterns that can be used in microservice applications, review the issues for which they are intended and technologies that will allow you to apply these patterns.
At the end you will see a small demo with demonstration of the discussed patterns.
