Over the last 20+ years he has wrestled with distributed systems, the curious edge‑cases, proving against all odds that you should deploy every Friday. Although the badge may say "director", he still merges pull requests, sketches architecture diagrams on napkins and refuses to let any CI pipeline flash red for too long. He’s hired dozens of company engineers, mentoring them through what can feel more like Formula 1 pit‑stop than an average technology team.
When not building teams and products, you’ll find him co-producing CTO Morning Coffee, biking or skiing.
