In a nutshell: 'Don’t Stapp me now.'
Chances are, you’re working in some form of “Agile.” Maybe it’s Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, or even a custom "Janusz-Agile" approach. One thing’s certain—it’s not Waterfall, because we all know Waterfall is evil, right? Yet, despite this, almost everyone complains about Scrum Masters, broken processes, and retrospectives that go nowhere. So… what exactly went wrong?
This talk is a collection of observations and lessons I’ve learned along the way. We’ll look at Agile from a fresh perspective, pinpoint key areas to focus on, and explore where a gentle push can make a real difference. After all, what could possibly go wrong? Worst case, we’ll discuss it in the next retro 😉
Fair warning: I’m a technical person, I approach this from an architect’s perspective, and I’ve never been a Scrum Master. Expect irony, hard truths, and maybe a little discomfort.
